Greek Helsinki Monitor, founded in 1993, is a Non Governmental Organisation that monitors, publishes, lobbies, and litigates on human and minority rights and anti-discrimination issues in Greece and the Balkans. It also monitors Greek and Balkan media for stereotypes and hate speech. It issues press releases and publishes (usually jointly with other NGOs) annual reports.
